Notes

1. The SAFETY INVESTIGATION REPORT MH370/01/2018 by The Malaysian ICAO Annex 13 Safety Investigation Team for MH370 was presented to The Cabinet, (Malaysian Parliament) in its meeting on 11 July 2018, and released on Monday, 30 July 2018 to an audience consisting of Next-of-kin and invited Media.
2. A set of slides displayed at the public release of the Safety Investigation Report is also available.
3. The URLs above link to copies of the Report and Appendices captured by the Internet Archive. The Malaysian Government website URLs for the Report and associated Appendices have not remained static:-
   
   • In July 2018 the Annex 13 Report and Appendices were published by the Ministry of Transport (Malaysia) on a subdomain mh370.mot.gov.my.
     This subdomain held content relevant to MH370 from 2015 to 2020.
   • The Report, and related content, was later moved to the aviation section of the MoT website at this URL: https://www.mot.gov.my/en/MH370%20Investigation%20Report/01-Report/MH370SafetyInvestigationReport.pdf.
     This link was valid up to at least May 2023.
   • The MoT website section for MH370 was then archived. As at late June 2023 the URL was https://www.mot.gov.my/en/aviation/reports/archived-report/mh370.
     A link on the above page labelled MH370 Safety Investigation leads to a copy of the Report at https://www.mot.gov.my/en/MH370%20Investigation%20Report/01-Report/MH370SafetyInvestigationReport.pdf
